Defining the Designer of 2015

Starting the school year again and meeting with this year's spuAIGA board reminded me of what a sweet resource AIGA is (how could I forget?).

So, I've been browsing their site today, and came across this set of articles. I want to look at it more closely, but it looks like it might be helpful in both directing student designers in what skills they should be developing, as well as directing student groups and professors in fostering that kind of learning.
